The Villa-Franca Resort is located at Bagong Kalsada,Santa Fe Subdivision, Calamba , Laguna, Philippines. It is a thirty (30) minute drive south from Manila or thirty(30) minutes north from Batangas City. Our resort was built in June 2004 and opened its doors on March 2005. The resort is on a spacious six hundred (600) square meters of property.
The accomodations are in two (2) large buildings, each with three(3) air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms. One building has an attic loft with an LCD Projector, ideal for retreats, seminars, and meetings. The attic loft can hold twenty five (25) guests overnight. Each building has a separate Olympic Size mineral hot spring pool with waterfall. There is also an indoor pool. A beautiful bridge built over the pool is a great site for photos. A grand open terrace offers a breathtaking views of Mt. Makiling to your left and Laguna Bay to your right. It is a scenic 360 degrees full-view. The terrace can also hold one hundred (100) guests for banquet events. Full amenities are available including Karoke Machines, Billiard Tables, Mahjong Sets, Parking Spaces, Barbeque Grill Equipment, Refrigerators, Kitchens, Water Dispenser, TV Projector, Recreation/Play Game Machines, Relaxing Landscape, Swimming Pool Accessories, Sleeping Mats, Lounge Chairs and Beds, Large Dining Table, Individual Balcony Dining Table, ping-pong tables, and much more. In excess of 20, it is $2.50 (P100) per person.

Refundable, if cancelled within two (2) weeks before occupancy. Otherwise, it is Non- Refundable.
